We’re supporting a leading biopharma organisation in hiring a Talent Data & Processes Specialist to join their Global People & Technology function.
This role plays a key part in ensuring high-quality HR data, enhancing HR processes, and collaborating closely with HR systems teams to support continuous improvement across a global footprint.
⭐ Daily Activities:
Data Maintenance & Case Management
- Manage day-to-day HR data updates within global HR systems (e.g., SuccessFactors, Neocase).
- Process HR requests through the global HR case management tool and respond within SLA.
- Execute mass updates, data clean-ups, imports/exports, and troubleshoot discrepancies.
Data Quality & Governance
- Produce weekly/monthly data quality reports in collaboration with the Talent Data Governance Lead.
- Escalate quality issues and support global/local HR system administrators.
- Act as a point-of-contact for colleagues on HR data issues and maintenance practices.
Process Improvement & Automation
- Contribute to process optimisation and new workflow implementation.
- Document processes within scope and identify automation opportunities.
- Partner with IT for requirement gathering, UAT testing, and system enhancement initiatives.
- Deliver training to global HR system end-users to improve HR data quality and process efficiency.
🎯 What We’re Looking For
- Demonstrated experience in HR operations, HR data administration, or HR shared services.
- Hands-on familiarity with HRIS platforms (SuccessFactors preferred) and HR case management systems (Neocase is a plus).
- High comfort using Microsoft tools (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
- Strong organisational skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
- Analytical, problem-solving approach and ownership mentality.
- Continuous improvement mindset with experience in process optimisation.
- Clear communicator, proactive, and collaborative.
